About the Role

Jaggers, part of the Texas Roadhouse brand family, is seeking a Cashier/Drive-Thru to greet every guest with a genuine welcome. This position is an important part of our guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Wow guests with exceptional service.
• Suggest specific food and drink items using great salesmanship.
• Recognize first-time guests and share the Jaggers Story.
• Use the Point-of-Sale (POS) system effectively.
• Understand and follow proper safety and sanitation practices.
• Deliver fresh food and items with a smile.
• Perform cash handling and checkout procedures correctly.
• Perform all assigned side work.
