About the Role
Homepage is a mobile-first real estate property search portal connecting buyers and sellers directly with zero brokerage. This full-time, on-site Co-Founder with Investment role based in Bengaluru will work closely with the founding team to shape the company’s vision, product roadmap, and long-term strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Driving business development
- Building partnerships with key stakeholders in the real estate ecosystem
- Overseeing growth initiatives
- Collaborating on product design and feature prioritization
- Monitoring performance metrics
- Making data-informed decisions about market expansion
- Contributing capital
- Helping secure additional funding
- Playing an active role in investor relations, team building, and establishing a strong organizational culture
Qualifications
- Experience in entrepreneurship, founding or scaling startups, or senior leadership roles in high-growth companies
- Background in business development, strategic partnerships, or sales within proptech, real estate, or related sectors is highly beneficial
- Strong understanding of product management, user experience, and mobile app-driven business models
- Financial acumen, including comfort with investment decisions, fundraising, budgeting, and managing P&L
- Ability to build, lead, and mentor cross-functional teams with a collaborative and inclusive leadership style
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Willingness and ability to make a meaningful financial investment in the company
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Technology, or a related field is preferred; equivalent experience is also valued
