About the Role
- International Customer Support
- Voice, Non-voice, and Blended support
- Location: Mumbai - Malad, Chandivalli, Thane, Navi Mumbai
- Salary: 20k - 40K CTC
- Shift: Rotational Shift
- Work Schedule: 5 Days per week
- Days Off: 2 Rotational Week Off
- Immediate Joiners Preferred
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer support inquiries via voice, non-voice, and blended channels.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Excellent communication skills.
- PF (Provident Fund) facility.
- Cab Facility.
- Travelling Allowance.
Qualifications
- HSC Freshers or Graduate Freshers.
- Minimum 6 months of experience in customer support is also considered.
