Purpose of the Role
To support the field team for CR engines, and field performance of Common Rail CR engines. This includes common rail diagnostic tool development, troubleshooting, and field care of new products.
Key Responsibilities
- Support for CRDI engines troubleshooting in domestic and international markets.
- Attend field complaints based on requirements.
- Serve as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for New Part Development (Service).
- Coordinate new product training to OEMs.
- Coordinate training manuals.
- Monitor infant care programs.
- Ensure service readiness with customers for new engine variants.
- Obtain Service Level Agreement (SLA) document sign-off with customers.
- Development and validation of diagnostic tools for CRDI engines.
- Maintain historical records of Common Rail system data related to field complaints.
- Develop a structured technical knowledge library.
- Ensure compliance with annual surveillance/internal audits and close all non-conformities (NCs) within defined timelines.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Experience and knowledge in CR engine and systems.
- Experience in Excel and PowerPoint presentation preparation.
