About the Role
Join a vibrant, global team as an MS Core and Cloud Specialist at Ericsson. This position offers technological leadership, expertise, and continuous support throughout the complete cycle (Create, Sustain, and Evolve). Focus areas include CS Core, PS Core, IMS, IP Core, and Cloud. This role is integral to Managed Services deliveries, reflecting the standards set by the Ericsson Operations Engine.
Key Responsibilities
- Offer Core and Cloud domain expertise to Domain Support and Automated Operations teams.
- Provide input and knowledge to Automation and Analytics teams for relevant use cases.
- Develop and maintain solutions for automation use case candidates, investigating potential problem sources.
- Enhance recovery processes for efficiency and effectiveness.
- Develop and consistently improve automated Service Delivery methodologies.
- Conduct trend analyses to proactively identify possible failures, ensuring timely restoration and repair.
