About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Sports Coach to train students in sports and physical activities. The ideal candidate should have good coaching skills, knowledge of sports techniques, and the ability to motivate students to develop their physical fitness and sporting abilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and conduct sports training sessions for students across different age groups.
• Coach students in sports techniques, rules, strategies, and game-specific skills.
• Organize and supervise sports activities, competitions, tournaments, and inter-school events.
• Develop students' physical fitness, coordination, teamwork, and sportsmanship.
• Ensure student safety during training sessions and sports activities.
• Maintain discipline and encourage fair play and a positive sporting attitude.
• Identify talented students and prepare them for competitions and championships.
• Maintain attendance, training records, and student performance reports.
• Inspect and maintain sports equipment and facilities.
• Coordinate with the Physical Education department, school management, and parents when required.

Qualifications & Tech Stack

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Education, Sports Science, or a relevant discipline is preferred.
• Sports coaching certification or relevant professional training is an advantage.
• Relevant sports qualifications and practical coaching experience will be considered.

Experience

• Prior experience in sports coaching, preferably in a school environment.
• Experience coaching school students and preparing them for competitions is preferred.

Skills

• Strong knowledge of sports techniques, rules, and training methods.
• Excellent communication and student management skills.
• Ability to motivate and train students of different age groups.
• Good organizational, leadership, and teamwork skills.
• Commitment to student safety, discipline, and physical development.
