About the Role

Boston Consulting Group (BCG) partners with leaders in business and society to tackle their most important challenges and capture their greatest opportunities. BCG is a pioneer in business strategy, helping clients with total transformation, inspiring complex change, enabling organizations to grow, building competitive advantage, and driving bottom-line impact. We blend digital and human capabilities, with diverse, global teams bringing deep industry and functional expertise and a range of perspectives to spark change. BCG delivers solutions through leading-edge management consulting, technology and design, corporate and digital ventures, and business purpose. We operate in a uniquely collaborative model across the firm and throughout all levels of the client organization, generating results that allow our clients to thrive.

What You'll Do

You can expect to spend time working across a wide range of clients and projects, from devising integration strategies for pharmaceutical mergers to developing sustainable farming practices in emerging countries. For more experienced professionals, or as your career advances, you will begin to specialize in one or more practice areas, perhaps as part of the expert consulting track for those with deep knowledge and skills in a particular discipline or industry.
