About the Role

Amantya Technologies is looking for a motivated Inside Sales & Technology Business Development Intern to gain hands-on experience in B2B technology sales, business development, and emerging technologies. The role offers practical exposure to AI, Agentic AI, AI/ML solutions, and other technology offerings, while developing skills in prospect research, customer engagement, market analysis, and professional communication. The focus is on understanding businesses and their requirements, researching potential customers, learning how technology solutions are positioned, and building strong B2B communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Research companies, industries, prospects, and potential business opportunities.
• Learn about AI, Agentic AI, AI/ML, and emerging technology solutions.
• Identify and qualify potential B2B prospects through LinkedIn, email, and other channels.
• Conduct professional outreach through LinkedIn, emails, and initial calls.
• Understand prospect requirements and identify relevant technology solutions.
• Engage with prospects and schedule meetings or product/demo discussions.
• Conduct follow-ups and support the business development team in lead nurturing.
• Assist with market, industry, and competitor research.
• Support sales and business development initiatives.
• Maintain and organize prospect and outreach information.

Qualifications

• MBA / BBA graduate – 2025 or 2026 batch.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
• Interest in AI, technology, SaaS, and emerging technologies.
• Basic understanding of sales, business development, or marketing.
• Good research and analytical skills.
• Comfortable communicating with clients through calls, emails, and LinkedIn.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Self-motivated, proactive, curious, and eager to learn.
