About the Role

Tarunant Plypower is a supplier specializing in block board marine and block board commercial products. The Associate role is a full-time, on-site position in Mumbai, supporting day-to-day operations. Opportunities exist to learn about wood products, supply chain processes, and the construction materials market.

Key Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day operations.
• Handle customer inquiries.
• Prepare and process orders.
• Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory and shipments.
• Assist in basic documentation.
• Track deliveries.
• Update internal systems.
• Ensure timely communication with customers and vendors.
• Provide product information.
• Prepare quotations.
• Support the sales team with follow-ups.
• Collaborate with colleagues to improve operational efficiency.
• Contribute to a safe and organized workplace.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Basic computer literacy, including familiarity with office productivity software and data entry.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation, record-keeping, and order processing.
• Willingness to learn about plywood and block board products.
• Interest in the construction materials or manufacturing sector.
• Ability to work on-site in Mumbai.
• Ability to collaborate effectively in a team-based environment.
• A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
• A diploma or degree in business, commerce, or a related field is an advantage.
• Prior experience in sales support, operations, or logistics in a trading or manufacturing company is preferred but not mandatory.
