About the Role

JEEVMEDIA is an international influencer marketing and creator management agency. The Influencer Marketing Associate (Kolkata) is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Kolkata Area.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and onboard relevant regional and national creators.
• Maintain relationships with influencers.
• Coordinate day-to-day communications for campaigns.
• Support campaign planning and execution, including brief creation, content review, and performance tracking across social media platforms.
• Liaise with brand partners.
• Assist in negotiation of collaborations.
• Ensure timely delivery of content and campaign reports.
• Stay updated on social media trends, regional audience preferences, and emerging creators.
• Contribute insights to optimize ongoing and future campaigns.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Influencer Marketing and creator management skills.
• Social Media Marketing skills with practical knowledge of major platforms (Instagram, YouTube, TikTok/short-video apps, etc.) and content formats.
• Public Relations skills.
• Sales and negotiation skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is preferred.
• Prior experience in influencer marketing, digital agencies, or brand partnerships is preferred.
• Familiarity with the Indian and West Bengal digital creator landscape is beneficial.
• Basic data analysis for campaign performance is beneficial.
• Proficiency in English is beneficial.
