Podcaster

About the Role

The Podcaster role is a full-time, on-site position based in New Delhi. The Podcaster will plan, research, and host podcast episodes that explore topics such as confidence, creativity, public speaking, and other key life skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop episode concepts.
• Prepare interview questions.
• Conduct interviews with guests.
• Script and outline episodes.
• Collaborate with the production team on recording and post-production.
• Engage with the audience.
• Support social media promotion of episodes.
• Help refine the podcast’s tone and direction to align with The Skill Set School’s mission.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Interviewing skills.
• Solid Writing and Research skills.
• Practical Social Media skills.
• Clear spoken English.
• Strong presentation abilities.
• Comfort speaking on microphone and camera.
• Demonstrated creativity, attention to detail, and ability to work collaboratively with content and production teams.
• Prior experience in podcasting, broadcasting, content creation, or public speaking is beneficial.
• A background in communications, media, journalism, or related fields is preferred but not mandatory.
