About the Role

This is a 0→1 role at an AI-native micro drama studio being built from scratch. You will help build the machine, not be a cog in it. The goal is to create full episodes, real stories, and emotionally engaging shows made using AI, with the aim of content that millions in India and globally will binge-watch.

Key Responsibilities

• Spend significant time on AI platforms daily, producing end-to-end content from raw script to finished, watchable output. This is a hands-on, heads-down role.
• Own the full production loop using AI tools, including:
• Image generation
• Video creation
• Voiceovers
• Editing passes
• Experiment constantly with prompts, workflows, and new tools to improve quality and output speed.
• Build repeatable systems to enable consistent, scaled production of great content.
• Work directly with editors, content producers, and promo producers to shape high-quality, platform-ready content.
• Collaborate with business leaders to ensure content drives real outcomes such as viewership, retention, and revenue.
• Stay ahead of advancements in the AI content space and introduce new tools and techniques to the team.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, ElevenLabs, Runway, Midjourney, or similar.
• Familiarity with prompt engineering concepts is a plus (even self-taught).
• Telugu language proficiency.

Qualifications

• A passion for content, including watching and analyzing it, and a genuine excitement about AI tools.
• Demonstrated ability to figure out new tools independently.
• A track record of creating something, anything—a short film, a YouTube video, a meme page, a college event. Output matters more than polish.
• A first-principles thinking approach to problem-solving.
• Willingness to spend long hours experimenting with tools, even without guaranteed outcomes.
• A proactive attitude; not waiting to be taught.

Bonus Points

• Experience creating content for college fests, film clubs, competitions, or personal projects.
• Experience leading a team, event, or initiative that required organizing people and moving parts.
