About the Role
D Succeed Learners is seeking a dedicated and persuasive Business Development Executive specializing in tele-counseling to join our team. As the first point of contact for prospective learners, you will guide them toward the best educational pathways for their careers. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a knack for sales, and a genuine passion for education.
Key Responsibilities
- Initiate outbound tele-counseling calls to prospective students from provided lead databases (warm and cold leads).
- Actively listen to understand learners' career aspirations, academic background, and upskilling requirements.
- Provide comprehensive and accurate information about D Succeed Learners' courses, curriculum, fee structures, and certification benefits.
- Address learner concerns, doubts, and objections confidently and empathetically.
- Guide students through the entire admission process, from initial consultation to document submission and fee payment.
- Maintain detailed and organized records of all daily interactions, follow-ups, and enrollment statuses using the company’s CRM software.
- Meet and exceed daily call volume metrics and monthly enrollment/revenue targets.
