About the Role

As a Mathematics Teacher at BSES Delhi, you will be responsible for planning, conducting, and evaluating mathematics lessons for various learning levels. You will prepare teaching materials, design structured lessons, conduct performance reviews, and provide individual support to learners with mathematical questions. Additionally, you will collaborate with colleagues on curriculum development, participate in school projects, and foster a supportive and safe learning environment. This is a full-time position based in New Delhi.

Key Responsibilities

Qualifications

• Subject Matter Expertise: Sound knowledge in mathematics and ideally education or a degree in mathematics or mathematics education.
• Pedagogical Qualification: A qualified teacher with recognized pedagogical training and teaching experience in mathematics (Qualified Teacher).
• Lesson Planning: Proficiency in structured lesson and hour planning, with the ability to clearly formulate and implement learning objectives (Lesson Planning).
• Curriculum and Development: Experience in developing, adapting, and implementing curricula, as well as competency-based instruction is desirable (Curriculum Development).
• Additional Skills: Strong communication and presentation skills, empathy in dealing with learners, ability to collaborate in a team, good English language skills, and willingness for continuous professional and pedagogical further training are advantageous.
