About the Role

The Growth & Operations Intern role is a remote, contract position focused on supporting Tutedude’s growth initiatives and day-to-day operational activities. This position offers exposure to startup operations, growth strategy, and data-driven decision-making in the edtech sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in analyzing user behavior and performance data.
• Identify growth opportunities.
• Contribute to experimental growth campaigns.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams.
• Support sales outreach.
• Track project tasks.
• Document processes to ensure smooth operations.
• Help refine onboarding and support workflows.
• Gather feedback from learners.
• Propose improvements to increase engagement and course completion.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Analytical skills to interpret data, identify trends, and support data-driven growth decisions.
• Clear and professional communication skills for collaborating with teams and interacting with learners or partners.
• Growth hacking and sales skills to support lead generation, user acquisition, and conversion initiatives.
• Project management skills to organize tasks, manage timelines, and coordinate operational activities.
• Comfort with digital tools (spreadsheets, CRM or project management platforms).
• Basic understanding of online marketing is beneficial.
• High level of ownership.
• Curiosity about the edtech space.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment is preferred.

Qualifications

• Current enrollment in or recent completion of a degree in business, engineering, economics, or a related field is an advantage but not mandatory.
