About the Role
Where U Elevate® is seeking a full-time, on-site SQL Instructor based in Noida. This role involves delivering structured, hands-on training in SQL and related database concepts to learners at various proficiency levels.
Key Responsibilities
- Design curriculum, prepare lesson plans, and create practical exercises, projects, and assessments aligned with industry expectations.
- Conduct classroom sessions and provide one-on-one support.
- Review assignments and offer feedback to learners.
- Collaborate with internal teams to integrate SQL learning paths into hackathons and hiring campaigns.
- Update course content based on emerging technologies.
- Maintain accurate records of learner performance.
- Participate in workshops, demo sessions, and outreach events.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Strong proficiency in SQL and relational database concepts, including querying, joins, indexing, and optimization.
- Experience with at least one major database system (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, Oracle).
- Basic knowledge of data modeling.
- Demonstrated teaching, training, or mentoring experience.
- Curriculum design and content development skills.
- Comfort with using digital tools and learning platforms.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage classroom dynamics.
- Ability to work on-site in Noida.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications in SQL or databases are an advantage.
- Familiarity with analytics, programming (such as Python or R), or AI-driven learning platforms is beneficial.
