About the Role
Fieldmobi is seeking a full-time, on-site Construction Consultant based in Bengaluru. This role involves collaborating with project teams to assess site operations, review construction activities, and implement Fieldmobi’s Site Intelligence Solutions. You will work closely with clients, providing training, support, and managing solution rollouts and continued usage. This position will also involve collecting and analyzing data from sites to help refine ML models, application usability, and finetuning. Some travel to client project sites will be required.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with project teams to assess site operations.
- Review construction activities.
- Implement Fieldmobi’s Site Intelligence Solutions at project sites.
- Work closely with clients, training, supporting, and managing solution rollouts and continued usage.
- Collect and analyze data from sites to assist ML and development teams with refining models, application usability, and finetuning.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Familiarity with digital tools or construction technology platforms for site monitoring and reporting such as BIM and MSP.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in construction practices, site operations, and industry standards.
- Hands-on experience in Building Construction with project management, safety checks, and quality assessments.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proven ability to work on-site with cross-functional teams and client stakeholders.
- Prior experience in large-scale commercial or infrastructure projects is an advantage.
