About the Role
WORKO is a home services platform connecting customers with skilled professionals for appliance repair and other services. We are looking for experienced candidates to join our Backend Operations Team and help manage day-to-day operational activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage backend operations related to home appliance services.
- Coordinate with technicians, service partners, and internal teams.
- Track service requests, job assignments, and work status.
- Follow up on pending jobs and support timely service completion.
- Maintain accurate operational records and update service information.
- Resolve operational issues and support smooth service delivery.
- Communicate professionally with relevant stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in the home appliance industry is required.
- Knowledge of appliances such as ACs, refrigerators, washing machines, geysers, or RO systems is preferred.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Strong follow-up, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
- Comfortable using computers and basic operational tools.
