Care Coordinator
Dognosis
About the Role
As Dognosis heads into its launch in early 2027, we’re hiring a Care Coordinator to be the test taker’s main point of contact throughout their process, from booking to follow through. You will guide families through the test journey, hold follow-up conversations, and where necessary, bring in the medical team when an interaction requires a clinician. This is not a diagnosing or prescribing role. You will be the first line of interaction with our customers and set the tone for the high standard of care and service they can expect. You will be expected to be precise, caring, articulate, and de-escalate hard moments with genuine empathy. We work with people getting a cancer screening test for themselves or someone they love, so empathy and kindness aren’t mere buzzwords for us.
Location: Bengaluru (On-site)
Key Responsibilities

- Check in proactively with customers during the test process to ensure continuity and comfort from start to finish
- Explain test results in plain language and, without pushing, help customers see the value of regular testing
- Coordinate logistics and support transitions of care: appointments, diagnostic tests, imaging, cashless navigation and TPA coordination, and referrals
- Own patient education and advocate for patients at every turn, ensuring their needs and rights are respected
- Escalate symptom-related, diagnostic, or medically sensitive questions to senior healthcare team members through defined paths
- Manage patient electronic health records
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Experience with TPA and cashless insurance navigation with hospitals
- Comfortable working with digital interfaces and dashboards (a plus if you can help product teams improve these dashboards through valid feature recommendations)

- Fluency in English, Kannada, and Hindi (Nice-to-have)
- AYUSH qualification (BAMS, BHMS, or similar) OR experience as a clinical research coordinator or in similar patient-facing roles (Nice-to-have)

- Ability to travel locally at short notice (Nice-to-have)
