The Opportunity
Chipotle is looking for passionate and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Crew Members. Many employees start with us and develop rewarding careers, with over 80% of our managers promoted from Crew. We focus on preparing real food by hand, with no freezers, microwaves, or can openers.
Key Responsibilities
- Learn to work at any station: grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo.
- Provide exceptional customer service to create a friendly atmosphere.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Must be at least 16 years old.
- Ability to communicate in the primary language(s) of the work location.
Qualifications
- A friendly, enthusiastic attitude.
- Passion for helping and serving others (both customers and team members).
- Desire to learn how to cook.
- Previous experience in roles such as dishwasher, cashier, server, host, bartender, cook, or prep cook is not required, but all backgrounds are welcome.
