About the Role
The Owner role at Evernorth Health Services is a full-time, on-site leadership position responsible for overseeing daily operations and strategic direction of the local business unit. This role involves setting business goals, managing budgets and performance metrics, and ensuring alignment with Evernorth’s overall vision for integrated pharmacy, care, and benefit solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise cross-functional teams.
- Support client relationships.
- Ensure high-quality service delivery and regulatory compliance.
- Review operational reports.
- Guide team leads.
- Resolve escalated issues.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and growth.
- Collaborate with regional and global stakeholders to implement initiatives, monitor risks, and drive continuous innovation in service offerings.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Ability to work on-site full time in the Greater Hyderabad Area.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across diverse, cross-functional teams.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in healthcare, health services, or related industries, preferably in pharmacy, care management, or benefits administration.
- Strong leadership and people management abilities, including mentoring, performance management, and building inclusive, high-performing teams.
- Proven skills in business operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and interpreting financial and performance data for decision-making.
- Experience with client and stakeholder management, including the ability to maintain long-term partnerships and handle complex negotiations.
- Solid understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements in healthcare and the ability to implement and monitor relevant policies.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly to internal teams and external partners.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with a track record of driving process improvements and operational efficiency.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Advanced degree (MBA, MHA) is an advantage.
