About the Role

Cinvel Property Developers is seeking an energetic, ambitious, and results-driven Sales & Marketing Executive to join their expanding team.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and convert leads for residential plot sales.
• Handle customer enquiries, follow-ups, and site visits.
• Develop and execute online and offline marketing strategies.
• Build relationships with prospective buyers, agents, and channel partners.
• Coordinate promotional campaigns, project launches, and marketing activities.
• Maintain customer records, sales reports, and lead updates using CRM systems.
• Work towards monthly sales targets and business growth.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Good understanding of sales, marketing, and customer relationship management.
• Self-motivated, confident, and target-oriented.
• Willingness to travel locally and conduct site visits.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience preferred.
• Real estate experience is an advantage.
• Freshers with excellent communication and sales skills may also apply.
