About the Role

Pallav Fintech Forge Pvt. Ltd. is seeking motivated professionals for its debt collection and recovery team. Roles involve contacting customers with overdue accounts, following up on payments, negotiating repayment commitments, and achieving collection targets.

Open Positions

• Debt Collection Executive – Bucket Zero

• Portfolio: 0–30 days and 30–90 days overdue.

• Salary: Up to ₹22,000 per month (in-hand).

• Contact customers regarding overdue payments and upcoming or missed instalments.

• Follow up with customers to secure timely repayments.

• Explain outstanding dues and available repayment options accurately.

• Maintain proper records of calls, follow-ups, and payment commitments.

• Work towards assigned collection targets.

• Debt Collection Executive – Higher Bucket

• Portfolio: 90–180 days overdue.

• DRA Certification: Not mandatory.

• Salary: Up to ₹24,000 per month (in-hand).

• Handle customers with significantly overdue accounts.

• Follow up on pending payments and negotiate realistic repayment commitments.

• Identify reasons for non-payment and communicate suitable next steps within company policy.

• Maintain accurate collection records and escalate disputes or complex cases.

• Work towards assigned recovery targets.

• Recovery Agent – 180+ Days

• Portfolio: Accounts overdue for more than 180 days.

• DRA Certification: Required.

• Salary: Up to ₹26,000 per month (in-hand).

• Handle long-overdue accounts and recovery follow-ups.

• Communicate repayment options and negotiate payment commitments professionally.

• Manage escalated cases and maintain detailed recovery documentation.

• Meet assigned recovery targets while following applicable legal and regulatory requirements.

• Maintain professional conduct and protect customer information.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Minimum 6 months of relevant experience in debt collection, loan recovery, tele-collections, or a related financial services role.
• Relevant experience in the respective overdue bucket is preferred.
• Valid DRA certification is mandatory for the 180+ days Recovery Agent position.
• Good communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
• Ability to work with targets, deadlines, and regular follow-ups.
• Basic computer knowledge and accurate data-entry skills.

Salary and Benefits

• Bucket Zero: Up to ₹22,000 in-hand per month.
