About the Role

We are seeking a City Growth Partner for Delhi to expand our business. This is a fully work-from-home position with the option to join our Delhi office after probation. You will identify individuals and companies requiring our services, engage with them, and secure their business.

Key Responsibilities

• Reach out to job seekers, colleges, coaching centers, and local businesses in Delhi.
• Explain our services, follow up with interested parties, and close sales.
• Build partnerships with institutes and companies to secure a regular flow of clients.

What You Will Earn

• The first 3 months are a probation period based on revenue share.
• Earn 20% of every sale, increasing up to 40% as sales grow.
• No fixed salary during probation.
• After a performance review, strong partners move to a fixed salary plus higher commission, with potential for a leadership role.
• Top performers after one successful year may have the option to relocate to our Dubai office, based purely on performance.
