About the Role
The AI-Animated Video Creator will develop short-form vertical videos for YouTube Shorts and Reels, using AI tools and creative software to produce engaging, high-retention content. This is a remote contract role, focused on delivering regular batches of content on agreed timelines.

- Optimizing content for social platforms
- Collaborating with the team to align videos with brand guidelines
- Experimenting with new AI workflows
- Maintaining consistent output and quality over the long term
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Video Production and Multimedia for short-form, social-first content
- Video Editing and Video Post-Production, including sound design, pacing, and color correction
- Motion Graphics, animated text, and visual effects suitable for YouTube Shorts and Reels
- Comfort working with AI-powered creative tools (e.g., AI video, image, and text generation) and integrating them into workflows
- Understanding of social media trends, audience engagement strategies, and platform-specific best practices
Qualifications
- Portfolio demonstrating short-form video content, preferably in educational, storytelling, or creator-focused niches
- Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and communicate clearly in a remote environment
- Prior experience with Indian creator ecosystem or familiarity with Gen Z/college audience is an added advantage.
