About the Role
The Search Engine Optimization Specialist will be responsible for improving organic search performance for CORTIXIQ GLOBAL INTELLIGENCE’s digital properties. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct keyword research.
- Perform on-page optimizations.
- Execute SEO audits.
- Implement link-building strategies aligned with ethical best practices.
- Monitor and analyze web analytics data.
- Prepare performance reports.
- Recommend data-driven improvements to increase visibility and traffic.
- Collaborate with content, product marketing, and research teams to ensure SEO is integrated into broader digital and go-to-market initiatives.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Keyword Research and On-Page SEO to optimize website content, structure, and metadata.
- Experience conducting comprehensive SEO Audits to identify technical, content, and structural issues impacting search performance.
- Proficiency in Link Building strategies focused on quality, relevance, and compliance with search engine guidelines.
- Ability to use Web Analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Search Console) to track performance and derive actionable insights.
- Familiarity with SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Screaming Frog, or equivalent platforms.
- Understanding of basic HTML/CSS and technical SEO concepts (site speed, mobile responsiveness, indexing, structured data).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with content, design, and marketing teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Prior experience in B2B or technology-focused SEO is an advantage.
