About the Role
lastminute.com is a European Travel-Tech leader in Dynamic Holiday Packages. We are seeking an Agent - Customer Support to join our team and enhance the traveler's journey. This role is for individuals skilled in Excellent verbal and written communication and Problem Solving.
Job Details
- Working Model: 6 days a week, with 1 rotational day off.
- Team: Customer Support within the CS department.
- Level: Entry - Mid Level.
- Location: Bengaluru, India.
- Contract: Permanent - Full-time.
- Shifts: Rotational, 24/7.
Key Responsibilities
- Identifying customer needs, investigating, and recommending solutions.
- Solving customer issues in a timely and accurate manner, ensuring end-to-end resolutions.
- Continuously upskilling for process knowledge maintenance.
- Collaborating with teams for solutions and escalations.
- Working towards high CSAT and positive NPS.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Excellent communications: Verbal and Written.
- Attention to details.
- Conflict resolution.
- Relationship building.
- Computer literacy, including proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Ability to work with customized company-based applications.
- Ability to help establish the company's reputation for excellent customer support during post-sales procedures.

- Any Graduate.
