About the Role

This is a full-time, on-site Junior Graphic Designer role based in Hyderabad. The Junior Graphic Designer will support the design team in creating visual assets for events, digital media, presentations, and marketing materials.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with concept development.
• Design layouts and graphics for print and digital channels.
• Ensure consistency with brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with content and events teams.
• Prepare files for production.
• Iterate on feedback to refine designs.
• Help maintain an organized asset library.
• Stay updated on design trends relevant to the company’s work.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Strong foundational skills in Graphics and Graphic Design for both digital and print assets.
• Ability to create and refine Logo Design and Branding elements that align with brand identity.
• Understanding of Typography and its application in layouts, presentations, and event collateral.
• Proficiency with industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Figma or similar).
• Ability to work on-site in Hyderabad.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks.

Qualifications

• Portfolio demonstrating creative thinking, attention to detail, and an eye for visual storytelling.
• Relevant academic background in Design, Visual Communication, or a related field is preferred.
