About the Role
We are looking for an energetic and student-focused Academic Counsellor to guide prospective students in choosing the right digital marketing courses. You will handle inquiries, counsel students, and support the admissions process through calls, WhatsApp, and direct interactions.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound student inquiries (calls, WhatsApp, walk-ins)
- Explain courses, career opportunities, and training benefits clearly
- Conduct counselling sessions and convert leads into admissions
- Follow up with interested students and maintain lead records
- Coordinate with marketing and academic teams for campaigns and workshops
- Support college visits, seminars, and admission drives
- Maintain CRM/data updates and daily reports
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Strong communication skills (Malayalam & English mandatory)
- Confident speaking and presentation ability
- MS Office / Google Sheets basics
- Ability to handle targets and follow-ups
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing or education industry (preferred)
- Good persuasion and counselling skills
Qualifications
- Any Degree / Diploma
- Candidates with 2-3 years of experience in counselling, telecalling, sales, or customer support are encouraged to apply.
- Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome.
