About the Role

Vani Kabir Multiverse Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced Brand Content & Social Media Specialist to drive organic social media growth, brand storytelling, and audience engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute organic social media strategies across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
• Plan content calendars, campaigns, reels, posts, and engaging brand narratives.
• Maintain a consistent brand voice, visual identity, and communication style.
• Identify relevant trends and translate them into meaningful content opportunities.
• Coordinate with designers, video editors, and content creators.
• Improve organic reach, engagement, and community interactions.
• Write compelling captions, creative briefs, and social media communication.
• Track content performance and recommend improvements.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Prior professional experience in organic social media management, content strategy, or brand communication.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Strong understanding of Instagram, social media trends, and content formats.
• Ability to generate original creative ideas independently.
• Experience managing brand social media accounts and coordinating content production.
• Strong attention to detail, ownership, and execution capabilities.
• Comfortable working from our Gurugram office.
• This position focuses on organic social media, content creation, and brand communication.
