About the Role

Espure Water Solutions Private Limited is a plant engineering company specializing in industrial water treatment, water circulation, and wastewater treatment. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed technical and engineering drawings for water and wastewater treatment plants, piping layouts, equipment arrangements, and related structural elements using CAD software.
• Collaborate closely with project engineers to translate conceptual designs and specifications into accurate 2D and 3D drawings.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and project requirements.
• Update drawings based on design revisions.
• Maintain drawing documentation.
• Support tender and construction drawings.
• Coordinate with project teams to resolve design-related queries.
• Ensure all drawings are clear, consistent, and ready for fabrication, installation, and commissioning activities.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Proficiency in Computer-Aided Design (CAD) tools for 2D and 3D drafting (e.g., AutoCAD or similar software).
• Strong skills in Technical Drawing to represent industrial plant components with precision.
• Skills in Engineering Drawings to interpret and create detailed layouts, sections, and schematics for process and mechanical systems.
• Skills in Architectural Drawings to support layout planning for plant buildings, utility areas, and site arrangements.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Industrial Design, or a related technical discipline.
• Ability to read and understand P&IDs, GA drawings, and equipment datasheets is highly beneficial.
• Attention to detail, accuracy in dimensioning, and familiarity with relevant standards and codes.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with engineering, projects, and fabrication teams.
• Prior experience in water treatment, wastewater treatment, or process plant design is an advantage.
