About the Role
- This is a genuine entry-level role.
- Looking for BCA and BSc graduates who want to learn how a live financial platform is actually run.
- You will join the production support team supporting a platform used by financial institutions.
- Everything technical is learnable on the job and will be taught.
- Focus on reliability and clear communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Triage tickets: First-line review of incoming issues—understand, categorize, and escalate correctly.
- Run the daily checks: Monitoring dashboards, batch job verification, routine health checks on a shift rota.
- Write it down: Clear ticket notes and status updates.
- Escalate well: Know what you can handle and hand over the rest cleanly, with context.
- Learn the platform: Structured on-the-job training on the product, databases, and infrastructure.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- BCA, BSc or equivalent graduate.
- Basic SQL: Ability to write a SELECT with a WHERE clause and a join.
- Comfort with a command line, or clear evidence of quickly becoming comfortable.
- Clear written English.
- Reliability.
- Genuine interest in how systems run.
Would Be Great to Have
- Any Linux exposure.
- Any scripting (e.g., Python, shell, Excel macros).
- A customer-facing or support role in any industry.
- Any certification or self-taught coursework completed on initiative.
