About the Role

Kulfi is building a digital experiences app for couples, connecting millions of unmarried Indian couples who can't always be together. The role of Actor is to be the face of Kulfi's pages, bringing characters to life on camera daily. Your videos will be instrumental in millions discovering Kulfi, becoming the face of one of India's fastest-growing consumer apps.

Key Responsibilities

• Shoot 2 to 3 videos a day for each of your assigned pages.
• Pitch video ideas and contribute to script development.
• Read and respond to user comments to understand audience preferences.
• Analyze what captures user attention and drives engagement till the end of videos.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Comfortable on camera daily without it feeling like a chore.
• Ability to embody characters, voices, and exhibit comic timing. Experience in theatre, improv, stand-up, or creating personal reels is relevant.
• Keen understanding of short-form video trends and what makes content successful.
• Ability to receive and act on feedback.
• No prior large following or marketing experience required.

Qualifications

This role is suitable for individuals who are comfortable and engaging on camera, possess creative storytelling abilities, and are keen on understanding user engagement in the digital content space.

Career Progression

Potential to grow into a Pod Lead role. This involves managing your own pod, including actors, pages, and an editor, once you master page growth strategies and video performance. Advancement is based on learning speed and page performance, with no fixed timeline.

Compensation

Up to ₹6 lakh per year, with earnings directly tied to the performance of your pages. Compensation will be revised upon promotion to a Pod Lead.
