About the Role

The Social Media Marketing Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad, responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing social media campaigns to increase brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and schedule posts.
• Develop social media content calendars.
• Monitor performance metrics and adjust strategies based on analytics.
• Collaborate with design, development, and marketing teams to ensure consistent messaging.
• Engage in community management, responding to comments and messages.
• Stay current with social media trends and best practices.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Skills in Social Media Marketing and Digital Marketing.
• Skills in Social Media Content Creation and Marketing.
• Strong Communication skills.
• Experience using social media management and analytics tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer, Google Analytics) is beneficial.
• Ability to analyze campaign performance, generate insights, and present clear reports is preferred.
• Knowledge of basic design concepts and familiarity with creative tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Express) is an advantage.
• Prior experience in a social media or digital marketing role, ideally in a tech or software services environment, is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is beneficial.
