About the Role

Abhishek Kishan & Associates is a Chartered Accountancy firm providing professional services in taxation, audit and assurance, accounting, compliance, and business advisory. This full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru South involves supporting chartered accountants in executing assignments related to taxation, audit and assurance, accounting, and regulatory compliance. Occasional client visits may be required as part of training and professional development.

Key Responsibilities

• Assisting in statutory and tax audits.
• Preparing and reviewing working papers.
• Maintaining books of accounts.
• Supporting tax computation and filing.
• Gathering and organizing client information.
• Drafting basic reports and documentation.
• Coordinating with clients under supervision to clarify queries and collect data.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Proficiency in MS Excel and other office productivity tools.
• Ability to learn accounting and tax software.

Qualifications

• Strong foundational knowledge in accounting principles, financial reporting, and basic taxation concepts.
• Skills in audit support activities, including documentation, vouching, reconciliations, and working paper preparation.
• Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Commitment to ethical conduct and professional discipline.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to regulatory changes.
• Enrollment in or completion of CA Inter (or equivalent professional course) and eligibility for articleship training will be considered an advantage.
