About the Company
The Founders Finance is a Bangalore-based finance partner for founder-led businesses that have outgrown spreadsheets.
Key Responsibilities
- Support preparation of P&Ls, MIS and variance analysis.
- Assist with bank, vendor, customer and marketplace reconciliations.
- Build and update Excel trackers, reports and financial schedules.
- Assist in tracking margins, working capital and business performance.
- Support GST and TDS workings and compliance documentation.
- Support month-end closing and preparation of financial reports.
- Support the team with day-to-day finance requirements.
Requirements
- Students currently pursuing CA (Foundation, Intermediate or Final).
- Students pursuing B.Com or another degree alongside the CA course.
Skills and Qualifications
- Basic accounting knowledge.
- Basic Excel skills (formulas, filters, pivot tables).
- Attention to detail and a willingness to learn.
