About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Receive chats and emails from clients to help them resolve doubts and queries.
• Understand customer concerns and provide accurate and timely resolutions through Email, Voice, & Chat.
• Deliver excellent customer experience and maintain high CSAT scores.
• Document all interactions clearly in CRM systems.
• Adhere to quality standards, process guidelines, and compliance requirements.
• Meet individual and team performance targets (Productivity, Quality, CSAT).
• Upsell/Cross-sell products or services where applicable.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Experience: At least 0-5 years in a Customer Support role in the International voice & chat process.
• Freshers with good English Communication Skills are required to express yourself clearly and professionally.
• Flexible with Rotational Shifts (UK / US).
• Must be willing to work Onsite from the Office.

Qualifications

• Employment Type: Fixed Term Hire (FTH) for a period of 3 months.
• Candidates may be considered for absorption into permanent roles based on business requirements and individual performance.

Salary Range

• Freshers: CTC Offered = 3.5 Lacs Per Annum (Including All) - based on interview feedback.
• Experienced: CTC Offered = Upto 5 Lacs Per Annum (Including All) - based on interview feedback.

Working Mode

• Willing to work all 5 days from the Bangalore Office.
• No Work From Home option.
