About the Role

We are creating a new AI-powered product from the ground up and are looking for thoughtful engineers to shape the entire experience. We are building a team across AI/ML engineering, backend, frontend, and product engineering. The exact roles will adapt based on the strengths of the individuals joining.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and build core product features from early prototype through launch.
• Develop reliable AI capabilities, including model integrations, evaluation, and user-facing workflows.
• Work across the stack to create a product that is useful, clear, and dependable.
• Partner closely with product and design to turn customer needs into practical solutions.
• Help establish engineering practices that support quality, privacy, and responsible AI use.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Strong fundamentals.
• Ability to take ownership.
• Enjoy solving open-ended problems.
• Experience building with AI or machine-learning systems is valuable.
• Expertise in backend, frontend, infrastructure, or full-stack development is valuable.
• Clear thinking, curiosity, and a collaborative approach are important.
