Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers with instrument and accessory selection, rentals, and lesson guidance
• Deliver outstanding service while representing the store’s student-focused mission
• Process POS transactions accurately
• Support merchandising and maintain an organized, appealing sales floor
• Assist with inventory-related tasks to ensure product availability
• Work toward and help meet sales goals

• Strong product knowledge and the ability to educate customers effectively
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Comfortable using POS systems and handling sales transactions
