Interior Designer

Key Responsibilities

• Create detailed 2D floor plans, furniture layouts, elevations, sections, and technical drawings for corporate office interiors.
• Develop realistic 3D interior models, high-quality renders, 3D animations, and walkthroughs.
• Prepare electrical layout drawings, including electrical circuits, wiring layouts, power points, switchboards, and socket placements.
• Design lighting layouts, including light fixture positioning, lighting circuits, and reflected ceiling plans.
• Prepare detailed execution drawings for partitions, ceilings, workstations, cabins, conference rooms, and other interior elements.
• Develop design concepts, colour schemes, material selections, and furniture layouts based on client requirements.
• Incorporate client feedback and make necessary modifications to 2D drawings, 3D models, and presentations.
• Coordinate with clients, the sales team, and the site execution team to ensure accurate implementation of approved designs.
• Conduct site visits and verify measurements to ensure drawings align with actual site conditions.
• Assist in preparing Bills of Quantities (BOQs), material specifications, and cost-effective design solutions.
• Ensure all drawings, designs, renders, and animations are accurate and delivered within project timelines.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Proficiency in AutoCAD and interior design software such as SketchUp, 3ds Max, Revit, or equivalent.
• Ability to create 2D floor plans, 3D renders, animations, and walkthroughs.
• Knowledge of electrical circuit drawings, electrical layouts, lighting layouts, and reflected ceiling plans.
• Familiarity with rendering and animation tools such as V-Ray, Enscape, Lumion, or equivalent.
• Understanding of space planning, furniture dimensions, interior materials, lighting, and construction details.
• Ability to prepare accurate, practical, and execution-ready technical drawings.
• Strong visualization, attention to detail, communication, and coordination skills.
• Candidates must have a portfolio showcasing their 2D drawings, 3D renders, and animations.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• Experience in corporate office interiors and commercial fit-out projects is preferred.
