This is a full-time, on-site Video Editor & Cinematographer role based in Bengaluru.
Key Responsibilities
- Planning and shooting video content, including brand films, social media clips, ads, campaign videos, and behind-the-scenes material.
- Operating cameras and related equipment.
- Capturing high-quality footage.
- Selecting shots and editing videos to align with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
- Collaborating with the creative and marketing teams to develop concepts and refine storyboards.
- Adding sound and visual effects.
- Delivering polished, on-brand content on schedule.
- Organizing media files.
- Maintaining equipment.
- Staying current with trends in video production and digital content.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Strong skills in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve).
- Basic skills in motion graphics tools (e.g., After Effects).
- Hands-on experience with cinematography, including camera operation, framing, composition, lighting, and sound capture on set.
- Capabilities in visual storytelling, storyboarding, and pacing.
- Familiarity with digital content standards, social media formats, and optimization for platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Must have their own equipment.

Qualifications
- Relevant experience in marketing, advertising, or content creation for brands is beneficial.
- A portfolio or showreel demonstrating video work is beneficial.
- A diploma or degree in Film, Media, Communication, Visual Arts, or a related field is beneficial, though equivalent professional experience will also be considered.
