Python Full Stack Technical Trainer

About the Role

Fuzentrix Education Private Limited is seeking a Python Full Stack Technical Trainer to develop and deliver a structured 30-hour video course for their Learning Management System (LMS). This role focuses on preparing technical subject content and teaching it on camera for educational video recordings, rather than regular software development. The selected candidate will be responsible for course preparation, presentation development, script writing, concept demonstration, and on-camera teaching.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop the complete 30-hour curriculum and detailed topic-wise scripts.
• Prepare PPTs, explanations, diagrams, coding examples, practical exercises, assignments, and project materials.
• Teach concepts progressively from basics to advanced topics.
• Present and explain the prepared subject in front of the camera for LMS video recordings.
• Demonstrate concepts through presentations, screen-based explanations, and live coding.
• Make lessons easy to understand for college students with little or no prior knowledge.
• Incorporate feedback and revisions provided by the team.
• Complete the course within three months.

LMS Recording and Weekly Deliverables

• Videos should ideally be divided into topic-wise lessons of approximately 25–35 minutes each.
• The trainer must prepare the complete subject content and deliver the lessons on camera.
• Handwritten teaching and writing pads are not permitted. Use structured PPTs, coding demonstrations, and practical implementation.
• Expected weekly output: 3 hours of final, edited, approved video content.
• The trainer must coordinate with the team for recording schedules and content revisions.

Work Arrangement

• Location: Madhapur, Hyderabad
• Work Arrangement: Completely offline, work from office
• Working Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM
• Job Type: Part-Time / Freelance / Contractual
• Project Duration: 3 Months

Budget and Compensation

• ₹70,000 for the complete 30-hour course. This is the initial project budget, not a monthly salary.
• Compensation is negotiable depending on subject expertise, teaching quality, camera presentation skills, and the quality of the proposed content.
