Client Relationship Intern

About the Role

This is a remote Client Relationship Intern position at SP International Private Limited, an Indian spice sourcing, trading, and distribution company. The role focuses on supporting client-facing activities and service quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in responding to client inquiries.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve client issues.
• Ensure timely updates to clients regarding orders and deliveries.
• Track customer feedback.
• Prepare simple reports on client satisfaction and service performance.
• Help maintain accurate records of client interactions.
• Support the team in improving communication processes.
• Identify recurring client needs.
• Contribute ideas to enhance overall customer experience.

Requirements & Tech Stack

• Customer-focused skills: Customer Service, Customer Support, Customer Satisfaction.
• Clear and professional Communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Solid Analytical Skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setup and manage time effectively.
• Proficiency with common office and communication tools (e.g., email, spreadsheets, online collaboration platforms).

Qualifications

• Interest in international trade, supply chains, or the food and spice industry is an advantage.
