About the Role

Vibhinna Events specializes in capturing timeless wedding moments with artistry, emotion, and elegance. Based in Bangalore, they offer premium wedding photography and cinematography services across India and abroad. This role focuses on handling inquiries and converting them into bookings.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle incoming inquiries through calls, WhatsApp, and email.
• Understand client requirements and explain event management services and packages.
• Follow up with potential clients and maintain a record of leads.
• Coordinate with internal teams to check availability and prepare proposals.
• Assist in converting inquiries into bookings.
• Support client meetings, both online and in-person, when required.
• Keep client and lead information updated in the CRM.
• Work towards monthly inquiry handling and conversion targets.
• Learn and follow the company’s sales and client-handling process.

Qualifications

• Graduate in Business Administration or any related field.
• Good communication skills in English.
• Confident and comfortable communicating with clients.
• Eagerness to build a career in sales and client management.

Skills & Attributes

• Freshers only – 0 to 1 year of experience.
• Basic understanding of sales and customer handling is an advantage.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Good follow-up and coordination skills.
