About the Role
Arrivo Education is seeking a knowledgeable and motivated Assistant Professor to contribute to the academic development of MBA students specializing in Aviation, Hospitality, and Tourism Management. The ideal candidate will possess strong subject knowledge, academic expertise or relevant industry experience, and the ability to deliver practical, engaging, and career-oriented learning experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging lectures incorporating industry examples, case studies, and practical applications.
- Prepare lesson plans, presentations, assignments, projects, and assessment materials.
- Contribute to curriculum planning and implement effective teaching methodologies.
- Evaluate student performance, assess learning outcomes, and provide constructive feedback.
- Mentor students in academic projects, presentations, and professional development.
- Stay updated on emerging trends and developments in Aviation, Hospitality, and Tourism.
- Participate in academic meetings, institutional activities, and curriculum improvement initiatives.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Strong subject knowledge in Aviation, Hospitality, Tourism, or Travel Management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
- Effective classroom management and student engagement abilities.
- Proficiency in curriculum planning, academic assessment, and student evaluation.
- Familiarity with digital teaching tools, presentation software, and online learning resources.
- Strong mentoring, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Qualifications & Experience
- A Master's degree or higher in Aviation, Hospitality, Tourism Management, or a closely related discipline from a recognized institution.
- Teaching experience at the undergraduate or postgraduate level is preferred.
- Candidates with relevant industry experience in Aviation, Hospitality, Tourism, or Travel Management are encouraged to apply, subject to applicable academic eligibility requirements.
- Research experience, academic publications, and relevant professional certifications will be an added advantage.
