About the Role

Viviana Properties is a real estate firm. This is a full-time, on-site Videographer role based in Jammu & Kashmir, India. The Videographer will plan, shoot, and produce high-quality video content that showcases properties, client testimonials, and company brand stories.

Key Responsibilities

• Operating cameras and related equipment.
• Setting up lighting.
• Framing and shooting video.
• Collaborating with the marketing and sales teams to align visual content with business goals.
• Basic video editing.
• Organizing footage.
• Ensuring that all visual materials reflect Viviana Properties’ standards of trust and professionalism.
• Managing multiple projects.
• Meeting deadlines.
• Maintaining equipment in good working condition.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Video Production, including planning, shooting, and basic editing of real estate and brand content.
• Practical Camera Operation and Camera handling skills for professional video shoots.
• Skills in Lighting and Shooting Video to ensure visually appealing and consistent footage.
• Strong visual storytelling ability and attention to detail, with an understanding of composition and framing.
• Ability to work on-site, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and manage time effectively.
• Relevant education or training in film, media, visual communication, or a related field is an advantage.
• Experience creating video content for marketing, social media, or real estate promotions is beneficial.
