About the Role
- Telehealth-forward model; typically in clinic only 1 - 2 days per week.
- Monday - Friday schedule with an alternative four 10-hour day option available.
- See approximately 12 - 14 patients per day with 60-minute initial evaluations.
- Child and adolescent psychiatrists treat a mixed panel; approximately 60 - 70% adults.
- Minimal call responsibilities: approximately 2 - 3 weekend consult call responsibilities per year.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with contract negotiation, including pay, benefits, and incentives.
- Provide insights into facilities and national market trends.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Epic used for electronic medical records.
Qualifications
- Child and adolescent psychiatrists must be fellowship-trained.
- Board-certified or board-eligible psychiatrists welcome.
- New graduates encouraged to apply.
