IT Support Executive

Key Responsibilities
- Provide first-level IT support for networking and connectivity issues.
- Support Windows, Linux, and macOS environments, including OS deployment, user management, patching, and software installation.
- Maintain IT asset records and track hardware and software inventory.
- Diagnose and resolve basic hardware issues.
- Assist end users with Microsoft 365 applications.
- Log, track, troubleshoot, and escalate IT support tickets as required.
Requirements & Tech Stack
- Basic networking knowledge, including IP addressing, LAN/WAN, and connectivity troubleshooting.
- Basic knowledge of Windows, Linux, and macOS operating systems.
- Understanding of OS deployment, user management, patch deployment, and software installation.
- Knowledge of IT asset management and inventory tracking.
- Basic hardware troubleshooting for desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications, including Teams, Outlook, SharePoint, and Office 365 apps.
