About the Role

We are looking for an entrepreneurial and energetic Finance Executive (Warehouse) with a strong foundation in core finance principles. The ideal candidate will be hands-on, detail-oriented, and eager to contribute to the company's financial growth and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Process and verify supplier invoices
• Track expense
• Prepare payment schedules
• Maintain ledgers and reconciliations by coordinating with vendors
• Manage approvals, documentation, month-end, and finance support
• Prepare receiving and dispatch documents for warehouse
• Conduct inventory count and process credit notes
• Conduct Cash and Inventory audits across locations

Qualifications & Skills

• BCom graduate
• Proficiency in Excel and Tally
• Self-driven and takes initiative
• Comfortable figuring things out and taking challenges head-on
• Entrepreneurial mindset
• Ability to lead and collaborate
