About the Role

This is a full-time, on-site Education Counsellor role based in Noida. The Education Counsellor will meet with students and families to understand their academic background, interests, and goals, and provide clear guidance on suitable courses, institutions, and career paths.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions.
• Manage follow-ups.
• Maintain accurate student records.
• Support students through application and admission processes.
• Organize and participate in information sessions, workshops, and events.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop updated counseling materials and resources.
• Stay informed about current education systems, entrance exams, and market trends.

Qualifications

• Strong abilities in Educational Consulting and Education domain knowledge.
• Skills in Student Counseling and Career Counseling for diverse academic and professional paths.
• Excellent Communication skills, including clear spoken and written guidance.
• Strong interpersonal skills, empathy, and active listening abilities.
• Organizational and time-management skills.
• Relevant bachelor’s degree in Education, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field is preferred.
• Prior experience in academic advising, student counseling, or education services is an advantage.
• Comfort with basic computer applications, CRM tools, and documentation processes is beneficial.
